This blog we will learn about what to do if your Bail has been rejected more than once?
Ans - if your Bail has been rejected then you have Two option as follows-
1st - you can change your prayer portion in further Bail applications you should add " Fix the time to complete the trial" and try to take time bound judgement.
Once you took time bound judgement now you have right to file an applications with respect to that time bound order or judgement after completions of time stipulated in order or judgement and 90% chance to get bail.
2nd - you can file a writ petition to speedy trial which is our fundamental right under article 21 of Indian constitution.
Overall- if your bail application rejected two or more Times you should not get bail generally you have to change your prayer portion as we have mentioned above. And you should focus on completions of trial as earlier as possible once your trial will be completed then you can file appeal bail...
